When you buy from BeautyBurst, you should feel completely confident in what arrives. Here's exactly where our products come from and what we'll do if you ever have a concern.

Where our stock comes from

Every product we sell is genuine and bought new from an established UK trade wholesaler. We don't buy from marketplaces or private sellers, and we never sell replicas, imitations or "inspired by" products.

Sealed, UK stock

Our products are UK stock and come to us sealed in their original manufacturer packaging. We don't open, decant or repackage anything. Occasionally a brand updates its packaging design, so the box you receive may look slightly different from the photo on our site.

Our relationship with the brands

BeautyBurst is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with or authorised by the brands we sell, and all brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

If you have any concern

If you're ever unsure about something you've received, please get in touch with us straight away:

• Email support@beautyburst.co.uk with your order number, a short description of your concern and, if you can, a few photos.
• Or call +44 333 054 1195, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (UK time), or use our contact page.

We reply within one working day. If anything you've bought from us isn't genuine or isn't as described, we'll give you a full refund, including the cost of returning it.
